Most of our products are shipped from our main warehouse in Austin, TX.
Sometimes we may use different warehouses across the US to fulfill your order, so you may get multiple shipments with different products. The tracking information for each of your shipments will be automatically updated in your Order Status page to you can track your packages.

Once your order is placed, you’ll first receive an email confirming your order.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive another email with your tracking number.
