Sometimes we may use different warehouses across the US to fulfill your order, so you may get multiple shipments with different products. The tracking information for each of your shipments will be automatically updated in your Order Status page to you can track your packages.

Unopened Titanium hydration mixes have a twenty-two month shelf life. Once opened, they should be stored in a cool, dry place.
We do not recommend that you repackage the content of the bags into another container (e.g. a plastic container) as it may make the powder clump. Our trilaminated packaging protects the powder from clumpling thanks to its aluminium barrier regardless of ambient humidity.
If the place where you live is too humid, please keep the bag tightly closed using its upper zipper or keep it in the refrigerator.
Chews are safe for children to eat, since none of our flavors contain caffeine.
In most cases if your body is not used to using gels, you may experience stomach discomfort. Our chews are specially formulated to be soft to your gut and easy to masticate whilst providing a quick source of energy for your workouts that hits your bloodstream, on average, 5-10 minutes after intake on an empty stomach.
Since our energy bars are made of crunchy quinoa, it's very normal that up to 20% of your bites may arrive crunched into small pieces because of handling and shipping. Notwithstanding all the nutritional properties of our bites remain the same however crunched.
